Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled as per the store's policy. Since our collections feature handcrafted designs and limited pieces, we begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong product was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact, all the return or refund as per the in store policy.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same piece, please coordinate with store counters.
